CARMEN

I started studying reflexology somewhat accidentally, yet purposefully. I started off with studying a BSC  at the University of Johannesburg and After 2 years, due to circumstance, I realized I needed more than a lab. I needed a more “hands on” approach. I moved over to body related therapies with majors in Reflexology, Aromatherapy and MLD, here I completed my mini thesis and honours. In 4th year, I was employed by a wellness company practicing reflexology & hydro therapy while training health consultants. I then became the Lifestyle Manager and In the same year I began lecturing at the University of Johannesburg. Soon My first Practice was born.
By facilitating and encouraging healing and transformation, my main goal is to see people happy, healthy and whole. My primary role is educate people on what’s going on in both their bodies both physically and emotionally and then guide them in the right direction on the wellness journey.

TILANA

As a burn survivor, health and wellness has been a driving force and passion since a very early age.
Seeing people live their true potential and a life of abundance gets me going every day.
I have a special interest in Trauma, Fertility and the Integration of our body's systems to effectively bring on homeostasis.
I am a Certified Therapeutic Reflexologist, TRE®️ (Tension and Trauma Release) facilitator, Therapeutic Massage Therapist, which includes Aromatherapy and Lymph Drainage.
Rather than focusing on illness or specific parts of the body, I encourage patients to view an ancient approach to health, that considers the whole person and how he or she interacts with their environment. I believe in the equilibrium of the human, that emphasizes the connection of body, mind and spirit.
By far my highest calling is being a dedicated wife and mother of two wonderful children.
